    Ten stars! Is that an option? If not it should be! Dont think twice. If your KEF subwoofer has problems, he’s your man! All the reviews here are true.

    My PSW2000 was over 20 years old and had been kept on stand-by mode for most of that so the internals had been ravaged by time and had developed one of the faults he lists as most common on his website. It had a few repair attempts by a local shop over the course of more than two years but had kept ending up with the same fault. So I finally contacted Stoyan. He was more than willing to offer any advice that could help me and the local repair show sort the fualt but it became clear that it would be too much for me and them to handle. I was apprehensive about shipping it but according to his instructions I sent the unit to him. The damage from former repair attempts was deemed too extensive to be cost effective to repair so he got me a replacement of the exact same type that had been serviced and upgraded. What I got back sounds so much better than I remembered. I should probably have sent it to him in the beginning. It would have saved a lot of time and money and the result speaks for itself. The subwoofer is like new with years of life put back into it.

    Stoyan is amazing and was not only helpful but incredibly accomodating in his email correspondance. Save yourself a lot of trouble and send your unit right away to him. He really knows his stuff. I used Interpacel as per his instructions and it paid off. Logistics company (TNT) messed up the outbound shipment and Interparcel stepped in and solved it. Stoyan made sure the packaging was safe for the return journey and what I got was a perfect unit, good as new (probably much better even with the upgrades). Enjoing it now as this is being written.

    Fantastic service from Stoyan. Revived my Kef PSW 2000 to better than new for a very reasonable cost. It’s rare to find a business who is so focused on the customer from initial diagnosis to repair and return the process has been exemplary. I would happily use your services again.

    We live in such a throw-away society these days and I was delighted to be able to save my perfectly serviceable KEF Kube subwoofer from landfill with Stoyan’s expert assistance. I couldn’t recommend him more highly. Fast and friendly service with great communication and helpful advice throughout.     Excellent communication and explanation fo what my overheating Audiolab 8000A amp needed. Gave me the history on previous work done by others and suggestions of upgrades that the amp could have. All before I even committed to pay and have anything done. Had full serivce, replacement of imperfect parts and upraded. Very happy with the result.

    Absolutely excellent service – Fast, friendly and efficient

    I found Stoyan’s website while Googling for a replacement set of capacitors for my PSW1000.2 and was so impressed both with the website and with Stoyan’s rapid response to my email that I decided to take up his offer of a diagnose-and-repair service.

    It turned out my PSW didn’t have the “usual” fault and it required much, much longer time on the test bench.

    Stoyan kept me informed and offered a range of solutions including an upgrade of all the components which could possibly fail.

    All in all, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and would recommend it without hesitation to anyone else with a poorly PSW
