Do you provide any post repair Guarantee?

Yes, although I don’t provide written fixed term Warranty, I do guarantee all my repairs for as long as I provide this service, which in most cases would be much longer than any fixed term warranty.

Do you repair other than the listed subwoofer models and makes?

Regardless of what make subwoofer you have, in any case I can provide free advice and diagnostic. Just contact me.

Which courier services you recommend?

Why I can’t pay on your website?

We do not accept payments before the work is done – you will receive an e-mail confirming that your unit has been repaired and is in full working order along with payment details.

How to pay?

We accept bank payments or PayPal, but please note that there will be small extra charge (optional) for PayPal payments to cover their fees – 3.4%+20p (standard PayPal fee).

Do you repair audio amplifiers?

Yes, I do repair HiFi and PA (Professional Audio) amplifiers as well. I can provide free advice and diagnostic. Just contact me.

Can I drop off to you instead of sending it via courier?

Yes, you can. Just contact me to arrange it.

Can you repair it while I wait?

Most times it’s just not possible. Repair and testing takes few hours, so 10 minute repair can hardly be professional.
