Do you provide any post repair Guarantee?
Yes, I Guarantee all my amplifier repairs for 12 Months should the same fault happen.
Do you repair other than the listed subwoofer models and makes?
Regardless of what make subwoofer/amplifier you have, in any case I can provide free advice and diagnostic. Just contact me.
Which courier services you recommend?

What payment methods you accept?
You can pay cash on collection if collecting in person, with PayPal or by bank transfer. Please note that there will be small surcharge on PayPal payments to cover their fees – 2.9%+30p (standard PayPal fee).
When do I pay?
I do not accept payments before the work is done – you will receive an e-mail confirming that your unit has been repaired and is in full working order along with payment details.
Do you repair audio amplifiers?
Yes, I do repair HiFi and PA (Professional Audio) amplifiers as well. I can provide free advice and diagnostic. Just contact me.
Can I drop off to you instead of sending it via courier?
Yes, of course. Just contact me to arrange.
Can you repair while I wait?
Sorry, but NO. Most times it’s just not possible. Repair and testing takes few hours, so 10 minute repair can hardly be classified as professional.
Is return shipping included?

Can you arrange return shipping?
Yes and No, keep reading. I always advise booking your own courier to collect your repaired amplifier from me, as the amplifier itself is your property and should any issues arise in transit, if I booked the service, I will not be able to make a claim with the insurance/courier company, neither will you. All such companies would only accept claims from the sender (which from their standing is the person booked and paid for the service). For that reason it’s safest if you book the service, so you’re in control of possible claims.
