I am an Electronics Engineer specialising in audio electronics, with more than two decades of experience covering both professional audio (PA) equipment and domestic Hi-Fi systems.
Over the years I have worked on a wide variety of amplifier designs, developing particular expertise in the KEF and Celestion amplifier modules featured on this website. By focusing on a relatively small range of equipment, I have gained an in-depth understanding of their common faults, design revisions and long-term reliability issues.
Every repair is carried out personally and approached with the same objective: to provide a reliable, professional repair rather than simply replace the component that has failed. Where appropriate, repairs may also include improvements based on experience with known design weaknesses, helping to maximise long-term reliability.
I have the professional test equipment necessary to diagnose, repair and thoroughly test every amplifier before it is returned, ensuring that it is operating correctly under normal conditions.
For added peace of mind, all amplifier repairs are covered by a 12-month limited warranty, covering the work carried out and the components replaced, subject to the warranty terms.
