While I can arrange return shipping if absolutely necessary, I strongly recommend that customers book their own courier collection.
The reason is simple: the amplifier is your property, and the person who books the shipment is generally the party entitled to deal directly with the courier in the event of loss or damage and to make any associated insurance claim. If I book the service on your behalf, resolving such issues can become unnecessarily complicated for both of us.
By arranging your own courier, you remain in full control of the shipment, the insurance and any claim process should it ever be required. In my experience, this is the safest and most straightforward approach, which is why it is my preferred method for returning repaired equipment.
